The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) yesterday suspended Ayo Fayose, former governor of Ekiti, over alleged anti-party activities.

The PDP also suspended Anyim Pius Anyim, former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Prof. Dennis Ityavyar (Benue State) and Dr. Aslam Aliyu (Zamfara State)

The NWC said Samuel Ortom, Governor of Benue, has been referred to a disciplinary committee.

This was contained in a press statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Debo Ologunagba on Thursday.
