The management of Sunshine Stars has issued a three-match ultimatum to the club’s coaching crew following a disappointing run of form in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

The ultimatum also extends to the Team Manager, Welfare Officer, and other backroom staff.

According to a statement released by the club’s Media Manager, Femi Atolagbe, the decision was reached after a thorough assessment of the team’s performance since the start of the second stanza of the 2025 NPFL season.

Sunshine Stars have collected only seven points out of a possible 21 in the second half of the season, prompting the management to demand immediate improvements.

The club’s leadership has made it clear that both the coaching crew and backroom staff must enhance their performance in the next three matches or face possible sanctions.
