Panic gripped residents of Ore, the headquarters of Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State on Thursday as a petrol laden tanker tumbled spilling its content.

The incident occurred at about 2:45pm .

Eyewitnesses account stated that the unmarked tanker whose driver was on  top speed while trying to negotiate a bend, suddenly fell from the overhead bridge.

Our correspondent who visited the scene gathered that Fire Service officials were heavily on ground to control the situation.
