Pilot, govt officials survive as aircraft crash-lands in Ibadan
A private HS25B aircraft on Friday narrowly averted tragedy as it crash-landed on the runway at Ibadan airport.
The aircraft which is operated by Flint Aero departed from Abuja at 6:41pm carrying several high-ranking government officials.
The crash occurred approximately 7:21pm with ten individuals on board and no fatalities recorded, but the aircraft sustained significant damage.
It was gathered that the pilot had been cleared for an RNAV approach to Runway 22.
Quick and efficient action allowed all passengers and crew members to be safely evacuated.
