Poll: My victory, hand of God – Akinyelure

The Senator representing Ondo Central in the National Assembly, Dr Patrick Ayo Akinyelure has described his victory at the polls under the platform of PDPD as the hand of God, saying it was not easy to defeat one’s boss in a contest.

Akinyelure stated this at a thanksgiving service held at Glory Prophetic Ministry International, Akure. He assured that his achievement as a Senator in the 7th assembly will spur him to do more.

“I want to dedicate my victory to God and to the good people of Ondo Central. God has never disappointed me, He does whatever I ask from Him and that was why I was able to achieve so much as a Senator in the 7th Assembly,” Akinyelure said.

At the reception ground which was held at Olofin Anglican Grammar School Open Field, Akinyelure appreciated those who stood behind him before, during and after the election.

Akinyelure used the forum to restate his commitment in joining others to build a proud Peoples Democratic Party, PDP,  which every member would be proud of.
