Provision of health facilities in Ondo rural communities dropped mortality rate Residents

The establishment of health facilities in rural communities across all political wards in Ondo State has been described as a blessing and widely commended.
The commendation was given by the Iyalaje of Ikare Akoko, Alhaja Risikat Mohamed, while addressing women in Arigidi Akoko on the importance of utilizing the health facilities for medical assistance.
According to the woman leader, mortality rates, poverty, and ignorance about health matters have been drastically reduced, particularly in rural areas.
Contributing to the discussion, Chief Mrs. Rachel Ajayi Ogidi appealed to pregnant and nursing mothers to take advantage of the opportunity to immunize their children against deadly diseases.
In her response, the officer in charge of the Agbaluku Arigidi Basic Health Centre, Mrs. Modupe Olowoyeye, commended the state government for deploying qualified medical personnel to the health facilities.
Mrs. Olowoyeye also appealed for increased patronage..
