Real Estate manageacr tasks govt on investment

A Real Estate Manager and CEO, Abbode Company Ltd, Alagbaka, Akure, Mr Olaboyede Adeyemi, has advised government and individuals to invest in real estate business as a way of generating income and improve the economy.
Adeyemi explained that if government, corporate bodies and individuals could invest in real estate business, it would improve the economic situation and create employment opportunities for the people.
Adeyemi who is also the chairman, Real Estate Managers’ Association, Akure South Chapter, spoke during the unveiling of his new office at Suites 8 & 9 Anglican Diocese Office Complex, Alagbaka, Akure, the Ondo state capital. The event also coincided with his birthday ceremony.
The two-in-one event was attended by members of Real Estate Managers’ Association, friends and associates.
While revealing that investment in real estate is a way forward as the investor is capable of realising his investment in up to three folds within a short period of time, the CEO added that the business has the capacity of providing jobs for thousands of unemployed youths.
He noted that the company, was ready to partner the state government, corporate organisations and individuals in real estate management for improved economy, saying that his company, Abbode Company Ltd, is a registered reputable firm which has consistently maintained high integrity since it began operations many years ago.
Adeyemi further noted that the company is also re-branding and has launched its social media platforms including website, instagram and facebook pages to update and educate the people on best ways of investing in real estate business to improve their standard of living, saying that investment in real estate is investment for the future.
“We are re-branding our company, we are re-branding our operations, we are re-branding our image and we are re-branding the face of real estate in Akure and Ondo state at large. I want to thank God for how far he has taken me,” he stressed.
According to him, the essence of re-branding was to do things in different ways to achieve better result and move real estate business to the next level.
“Real estate is a major way of generating money and creating job opportunities for unemployed youths. It is a way forward to improve the economy of individuals, the state and the country at large,” the chairman said.
Earlier, President of Real Estate Managers’ Association, Ondo State, Otunba Alabi Charles, said the occasion was a new beginning for the CEO, Abbode Company Ltd, who he described as very hardworking and full of potentials to grow.
“For me, this re-branding is a good one together with his birthday. I wish him well, I wish him the best in life,” he added.
