Reps bye-election: Ehindero’s victory, testament of APC’s strength— Adetimehin, Oludare

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State has congratulated its candidate for Akoko Northeast/ Akoko Northwest federal constituency by-election, Mr. Ifeoluwa Ehindero, on his victory.
Ehindero was declared the winner of the election by INEC returning officer and Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA), Prof. Johnson Fasinmirin.
The State Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Alex Kalejaye in the congratulatory statement noted that the party viewed Ehindero’s victory as a reward for resilience and undaunted zeal on the part of the candidate and all the supporters.
“It’s also a confirmation of the fact that APC is the unbeatable party in the sunshine state in any electoral contest.
“The chapter hailed Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Interior Minister, Dr. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo, and other leaders for their support and sacrifice, to ensure the electoral success.
“While appreciating the electorate in Akoko Northeast/Northwest federal consistency, the party urged them to continue to support APC, assuring that they will not have any cause for regrets,”the statement read.
Similarly, the Convener, Social Rehabilitation Grace and Supportive Initiative, Dr Charles Oludare described the victory of the APC in the last Saturday’s House of Representatives bye-election in Akoko North East/Akoko North West Federal Constituency of Ondo State as heartwarming.
Oludare, in a statement signed by him, said Ehindero’s victory did not come as a surprise, going by his excellent credentials, but urged him to be magnanimous in victory by working with stakeholders to move the federal constituency to the next level.
He said, “It is with immense joy and a sense of profound responsibility that I extend my heartfelt congratulations to a dear friend and a true servant of the people, Ifeoluwa Ehindero, on his well-deserved victory in the recent electoral contest.
“This is more than a victory for one man; it is a resounding affirmation of our collective hope and trust in a leader who embodies the values of compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of our beloved Akoko North Federal Constituency” the statement read.
