A chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Mr Babatunde Faro said this in an interview with The Hope in Akure.

Faro added that when you serve your people diligently, openly and do something that can lift your people and community up,you are on your way to stardom
His words: ” Politics is about people, anything that circumspect people away from politics is dangerous to democracy. We must all join hands together to build the present democracy to an enviable height in Nigeria. We must serve our people and do everything to uplift their morale.”
Faro said he was ready to serve his people and bring dividends of democracy to them whenever he was called upon, adding that in his little way he had provided basic amenities and infrastructures to the people in his constituency.
” I have big dream for my people in Akure South and North and ready to contribute my own quota to the development of the communities. Our people deserve good representation and governance, and the welfare of the people must be the centre of our activities.
” We can have a new Nigeria where things work. We must pick the right people into positions, so as to rebuild this great country. The level of poverty and social insecurity must he tackled and the time to tackle them is now.”
Faro added that the daunting problems bedeviling Nigeria can be tackled by electing the rightful, dedicated and committed people with unblemished characters to positions of authority in Nigeria.
He assured that Nigeria will rise again from the abyss of depression, poverty and insecurity presently suffocating the country.
