In a bid to promote fairness and equal access to bursaries and scholarships for Ondo State students, the National Association of Ondo State Students (NAOSS) is taking steps to rectify the omission of certain schools from the State Scholarship Board’s bursary registration portal.
NAOSS directed students whose schools were not currently listed on the bursary registration portal to submit their schools’ names for rectification.
This was communicated in a statement signed by Joseph Oluwasogo, the Chief Press Secretary to NAOSS National President, Oyelade Hammed.
The statement reads: “This omission has been brought to our attention, and it is imperative to address this issue to facilitate an inclusive application process for all eligible students. We urge affected schools to promptly provide their names for inclusion on the portal by Wednesday.
“Furthermore, we encourage all NAOSSITE members to share any additional complaints or challenges encountered during the bursary and scholarship application process. Your feedback is crucial in identifying and resolving issues to ensure fairness and equal opportunities for all students.
“Please direct all schools’ names and other complaints to the National PRO, Comrade Akeem Salami (Comr Ologbon) via 09039545467. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.”
“Also, if you are yet to register, the link https://odssb.org.ng is still accessible to all students of Ondo state.”
