Teachers in Osun State have been charged to show more commitment to duty to move the state education system to a greater height.
The Chairman of Osun State Universal Basic Education Board, Ibukun Fadipe, stated this during an inspection visit to public schools in Osun state.
He charged the teachers to perform their duties judiciously.

He added that the present administration would continue investing in the education sector, hinting that the state government will soon distribute textbooks and other instructional materials to schools across the state.
The Chairman enjoined parents across the state to release their children to attend classes.
While urging teachers to see the pupils as their children, Fadipe implored them to nurture the pupils into responsible adults who will benefit all.
Some of the schools visited included Oba Iyiola Primary School, Osogbo, St. Paul’s Anglican Primary School, Ido Osun, St James RCM Primary School, Owo Ope, Osogbo, Community Primary School, Osunjela, among others in the state.
