Super Eagles supporters condole Rangers over player’s death

The Super Eagles Supporters Club has expressed great shock over the death of Rangers Assistant Captain, Ifeanyi George.
According to the release by the Club’s media department, Ifeanyi George, a team B player and a friend died after he had his car smashed into a parked articulated vehicle along Onitsha-Agbor-Benin expressway on Sunday morning.
Chairman of the Super Eagles Supporters Club Prince Vincent Okumagba described the death of the promising forward devastating as Nigeria football have not finished mourning the death of Chineme Martins and another has happened.
“This is a great loss to Nigeria Football, his relentless effort, selfless service and dedication as a player will be missed by both his friends and teammates.
As a body, we join the football family to commiserate with the Management of Rangers International FC, the deceased immediate family, teammates, coaches and football lovers as I pray for God’s mercies upon the departed souls.
I also pray for God to strengthen his family and give them the fortitude to bear the sad loss.”
