The Ondo APC Democratic Movement has commended the appointment of Olusegun Olufehinti as the Director of Projects for the newly established South-West Development Commission (SWDC), describing it as a perfect match of competence and responsibility.

In a statement issued by the group’s Public Relations Officer, Adedeji Akinrinlola, Olufehinti was praised for his “exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication, and consistent contributions to progressive governance in Nigeria.”

The group highlighted his deep commitment to the socio-economic advancement of the South-West and the nation at large.

The statement also lauded President Bola Tinubu for appointing Olufehinti, noting that the decision reflects the president’s trust in merit, excellence, and the promising future of young technocrats in Ondo State.

“Your elevation to this strategic role not only reflects the trust reposed in your capacity but also inspires young professionals across Ondo State, proving that integrity and hard work are still recognised and rewarded in public service,” Akinrinlola said.

In addition, the group expressed appreciation to Ondo State Governor, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, for his continued support for capable indigenes making an impact beyond the state’s borders. The group described the governor’s efforts as evidence of his commitment to inclusive governance and the empowerment of qualified sons and daughters of the state.

The group concluded by extending heartfelt congratulations to Olufehinti, expressing confidence that he would live up to expectations and play a vital role in advancing the development objectives of the South-West through the Commission.
