Every girl is beautiful, there is no ideal body type. Your body is beautiful just the way it is whether you have curves, no curves, rolls, big boobs, stretch marks, or none, it does not make your body less perfect.

However, you need more sleep as inadequate sleep affect your looks, feeling, and performance. According to research, sleep is vital for restoring and recharging your mind and body. A million things can affect your sleeping habits which include, home chores, stress sport, late night Netflix binges, scrolling through music files before bed, and alarm that goes off at the crack of dawn, but you must make it priority to get the sleep you need (between eight to ten hours daily).

Meanwhile, exercise is not just for weight loss but to break a sweat because you need to get stronger not only slimmer. Regular exercise not only keeps you fit and healthy, it is good for your mental health too.

Constantly remember that sun bathing is actually sun damage which can lead to wrinkles and saggy skin and put you at the risk of skin cancer. Spending time in tanning bed is even worse as it can increase your risk of melanoma cancer, a potentially deadly skin cancer.

Being skinny does not equal being healthy or unhealthy, you cannot judge your health or anyone else solely on body type. You can be skinny and unhealthy, or thin and be healthy even BMI is not a full proof of indicator, since it does not factor in things like muscles.

Fat diet are dangerous and they do not work in any way, slashing calories, banning carbohydrates and cutting food group can wreck havoc on your body and lead to disordered eating. On medical counsel of experts, skip the weird lemonade, cleanse and fuel your body with balanced meals.

Likewise, hydration is really important, it keeps your body running efficiently. Aim for around eight cups of water per day.

Screen time can wreck your posture whether you are writing a term paper or just watching dog falls on You Tube, spending too much time  in front of your computer or hunched over your phone can mess with your spine. It put stress on the muscles, joints, ligaments, disc, and nerves of the spine. Try to sit upright and keep your screen at eye level.

Do not skip breakfast, do not skip any meals. It can screw up your metabolism. Breakfast is especially important because it kicks off your day. If you run out of the door without eating. You may have trouble concentrating in the class and you will probably be hungry before launch time. Even when you are short of time, grab something to go with like an apple or yoghurt.

Over share with your doctor, your doctor should be the one you can ask literally anything about your body no matter how, if he or she makes you feel guilty or uncomfortable, then it is time to shop around for a new doctor. Your doctor is someone who will never judge you and the information you share with him or her is completely confidential. No one knows your body better than you do, so if you notice anything strange or you have any questions, do not be too embarrassed to ask your doctor.

Taking care of your body now will pay off, even though it can be difficult sometimes, putting your health and well-being last can take a serious toll. Love your body the way it is, remember to take care of it, and never feel bad about wanting to keep it strong and healthy. Your body is beautiful and important enough to be taking care of. Make your health a priority, exercise several times in a day, eat healthy everyday, get enough sleep and do not forget to have enough fun.

No one cares about your flaws, we all have weakness and that means people are more worried about themselves than scrutinizing yours. If however they do, they are not worth your time, therefore do not create unnecessary problem for yourself.
