Three dead in Akoko auto crashes

Three persons have reportedly died in two separate motor accidents that occurred in Akoko area of Ondo state, over the weekend.
The first auto crash occurred along Ugbe / Iboropa road in Akoko North East Local Government area of the state, when a Mazda car had an head on collision with another vehicle during which an unidentified middle-aged lady died instantly.
The second accident occurred when a car driven by two young men rammed into a stationery trailer along Victory College, in Ikare Akoko in which the two occupants of the vehicle also died on the spot.
.Confirming the accident, the Unit Commander, FRSC Ikare Akoko, Mr. Yinka Akande said his men went to the two scene for rescue mission.
The Divisional Police Officer, Igbede Police Division, Ikare, CSP Olu Agboola confirmed the situation saying it was highly regrettable and that the police is still doing its investigation to unravel the cause of the accidents.
