Two apprentices arraigned in court over stealing

Two apprentices , Abayo Igbayowa(18) and Elijah Tunde (17) have been arraigned before a Magistrate Court sitting in Okitipupa for alleged stealing.
The two defendants with others at large were alleged to have on August13th 2018 at about 3:22am broke and entered into the dwelling house of one Akinlolu Samson with intent to commit felony and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 411(1) of the Criminal Code Cap 37 Vol 1 Laws of Ondo State of Nigeria 2006 .
Abayo Igbayowa was also alleged to have been caught with a dane gun suspected to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained .
According to the Police Prosecutor, Inspector Orogbemi Zedekiah the offence contravened the provision of Section 430(1) of the Criminal Code Cap 37 Vol 1 laws of Ondo state of Nigeria .
Following the plea of not guilty to the three counts charge, the presiding Magistrate, D . O Ogunfuyi granted bail to the 1st and 2nd defendants in the sum of N100,000 and one surety in the like sum who must have evidence of tax payment and resident within the court’s jurisdiction .
The suspects were to be remanded in Okitipupa prison until their bail conditions are perfected.
