The University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital/Specialist Hospital (UNIMEDTH/SH), Akure, has congratulated the State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on his resounding victory in the November 16 governorship election.

According to a statement signed by the Acting Medical Director of the facility, Dr. Adesina Lawrence Akintan, on behalf of the management, and made available to The Hope, Ondo State is in safe hands due to Aiyedatiwa’s previous unprecedented and monumental achievements in all sectors.

The statement reads in part: “The Management, Staff, and entire community of the University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital/Specialist Hospital (UNIMEDTH/SH), Akure, heartily congratulate Your Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on your well-deserved victory in the just-concluded Ondo State gubernatorial election.

“The victory was unprecedented, as you won all 18 Local Government Areas of the state, making you the first governor to achieve this feat in Ondo State.

“We are confident that your visionary leadership will continue to advance healthcare delivery and other critical sectors of Ondo State.

“As a vital healthcare institution under your administration, we promise to remain committed to your government’s aspiration to further enhance quality and affordable healthcare delivery to our people in Ondo State.

“May your tenure bring lasting progress, peace, and prosperity to Ondo State.
