The National Vice Chairman (South-West) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bankole Oluwajana, has said voting for President Muhammadu Buhari for a second term in office will ensure continuity of good governance in the country.

He made the assertion on the sideline of the Development Partners Summit held at the International Culture and Events Centre, The Dome in Akure, the Ondo state capital.

Oluwajana  noted that in the last three and a half years, President  Buhari has been working tirelessly to reposition all sectors of the economy in the country, adding that his re-election  is to  consolidate and sustain his laudable performances.

While saying that Nigeria is in a safe hand under Buhari -led government, the APC National Vice Chairman, added that Nigeria’s economy has greatly improved under the current administration.

He pointed out that Buhari’s “Next Level” campaign logo was designed to further consolidate and sustain his outstanding achievements in terms of stronger economy, job creation, agriculture, security, infrastructural development and corruption fight.

According to him, Buhari has done well in the last three and a half years in office and Nigerians are happy with his numerous achievements.

He added that the APC -led Federal Government has improved tremendously on the revenue drive of the country without overburdening the citizenry coupled with the success stories in  other sectors of the economy.

“This country is going to a higher level and the “Next Level” campaign logo of President Buhari aptly described what will be the next target in the next tenure. So far, we have done so well compared with what it was used to be in the past.

“Nigerians are happy with the laudable achievements of the President because he has rekindled the hope of the nation. He has done well but much still have to be done for rapid progress and development of our dear country. Nigeria is far  better now under the present administration”,  he  emphasised.

Oluwajana agreed that the country is still facing some challenges but he noted that those challenges are surmountable, just as he encouraged all and sundry to contribute their quotas to the peace, unity and progress of the country.

He said if the president is given another opportunity, the country will move to the next level of greatness.

The National Vice Chairman also advised youths in the country to take advantage of various windows of opportunities open to them by Buhari -led government to make them self-reliant and employers of labour..
