The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Okitipupa Local Government has promised to fulfill it pledge to support Aketi/Aiyedatiwa project and his Administration in the Local Government.
The CAN Chairman, Pastor Peter Akinyelure, made the promise during a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of Okitipupa Local Government area, Mr Igbekele Akinrinwa in his office.
The meeting was fine-tunned by Bishop (Dr) Oye Gbelela, a member of the state Christian sub-committee. The gospel of Aketi/ Ayedatiwa project was one of the major agenda of the meeting.
Akinyelure, therefore, appreciated the council boss for granting them audience in his office.
Mr. Akinrinwa, pleaded with them to support his administration as he would be operating an open door government. He also emphasized the need to pray and work for the success of Aketi/Ayedatiwa project at the October 10 2020 election as earlier specified by the convener of the meeting, Bishop Oye Gbelela.
