We ‘ll continue delivering good governance, govt assures

Ondo State Government through the State Community and Social Development Agency (ODCSDA) has reiterated its commitment towards accelerating the socio-economic and infrastructural development of people at the grassroots.
ODCSDA General Manager, Mr. Bosun Ogundipe said this during the official presentation of N8.8 million to Ebijaw community in Odigbo Local Government for the construction of two culverts, bridge and road.
According to him: “We will continue to consolidate on the track record of the government targeted at making the people, the focal point of the Akeredolu-led administration by bringing governance to their doorsteps”.
Ogundipe reaffirmed the resolve and commitment of the agency with full support of the Ondo State Government in giving policy guidelines for the smooth administration of the projects in the state and will continue to partner rural dwellers to deliver development deliverables.
He said the projects are community self driven through direct labour adding that the state government is interested in engaging citizens to be reliant. “Successful completion of these projects will improve the standard of living of the people in the benefitting communities”.
A leader from Ebijaw community, Mr. Tunde Muje appreciated the Akeredolu-led government through the agency for the timely intervention in providing solution to their challenges urged the Governor to provide more dividends of democracy for the area.
He said Ebijaw people are majorly fish farmers with population of over 2000 people.
The Hope reports that Ebijaw community is about 150km to Ore and it is accessible through Ode Irele in Irele Local Government Area of the state.
