Why women should create time to rest

Stress is the psychological and physical state that results when the resources of the individual are not sufficient to cope with the demands and pressures of the situation.
It is true that by the nature of an African setting, many women go through stress. The household chores that the woman has to battle, including taking care of the children and husband are sufficient on their own.
However, due to the not too pleasant economic situation in the country, many women still have to engage in various professions, ranging from white collar jobs, trading, entrepreneuring, among others.
Combining these that is, managing the home with other professions, is usually a herculean task for many women. This makes them look stressed up most times.
And if they fail to manage themselves very well, it will tell on their physical appearance. As times goes on, they might look less attractive to their husbands. Before you know it, the family is tearing apart.
Since combining so many jobs is what we cannot put aside as women, the best thing is to think of how to make the best out of the situation.
Believe it or not, stress does not only make a woman age quickly, it also has many implication on one’s health. Therefore, if you must remain the envy of others and the toast of your man at all times, you must guide against stress.
Work-related stress is a growing problem around the world that affects not only the health and wellbeing of employees, but also the productivity of organisations.
There are few tips that could be useful. One of these is that you must plan your time very well. If you do all that you should do on time, you will have enough time to rest.
Adequate rest is needed for healthy living if you have enough rest, it will tell on your whole being. It is also necessary that you take care of your face. It is easy to know that you are going through stress based on your face.
Make sure you are well organised, list your task in an order of priority. Schedule the most difficult tasks of each day for times when you are fresh, such as first thing in the morning.
Take care of yourself, Eat a healthy diet, good fruits and enough water goes a long way in keeping the body healthy, exercise regularly. If you have a strong immune system, you will not break down at the slightest opportunity.
Above all, consider the benefits of regular relaxation, make sure you have enough free time for yourself.
