“I took series of loans on behalf of my husband, which he promised to pay back. But he had yet to pay some despite repeated demands.
The petitioner who noted that there is no issue between them, said her husband always refused to assist, support, or follow her to specialist hospitals for gynaecologist’s consultation and counseling.
When asked if there could be any alternative to resolving the matter apart from divorce, Caroline declined, saying, “No. He monitors me all the time. I thought he loves me, not knowing that it is something else.”
She urged the court to separate them, stressing that she was no longer interested in the union since there is no love between them anymore.
