Women are the primary caretakers of children, husbands, elders among others in every country of the world. According to studies, when the economy and political organization of a society change, women take the lead in helping the family adjusts to new realities and challenges.

Women are prolific sources of strength, progress, hope and role models for the next generation. women are making their voices heard in a quest to build a better future, originating and championing some most creative, innovations.

The International Women’s Day, celebrated yesterday afforded people the opportunity to reflect, appreciate and enumerate the critical and undeniable roles that women play in the advancement of the society.

As we have marked the 2023 edition of the International Women’s Day again this year, I am delighted to appreciate all women for all we did to make the world a better place.

“DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality” is apt and timely as the theme for IWD 2023 .We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias in any form. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements.  Collectively, we can all help create a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.

Women are the key to a sustainable development and quality of life in the family. The varieties of role women assume in the family are those of the wife, leader, administrator, manager of the family income and mother.

Feminine line appreciated women who are rewriting their stories into tales of confidence and raising a strong legacy for the generations to come.

We are also remembering and celebrating the fierce, intelligent women who have inspired, driven and shaped the world.

Even though, some days are really hard, but she keeps finding her balance and keeps pushing on, breaking biases along the way and inspiring others to follow suit. I salutes women who get up each day and stare their challenges in the eye.

However, from challenges comes change, so let us all choose a world that is diverse, equitable and inclusive. Together, we can foster change for equity.

Women have driven society forward throughout history. Over the years, the world has looked to trailblazing women who overcame the obstacles of their time, to do what had never been done before. Most women vision, capability and gift have been the source of families’ successes.

To all women out there making impacts, breaking barriers, striking a balance, juggling many balls, you deserve the ovation associated with the day.I wish every woman the very best.

To the men who intentionally support women, standing up to challenge bias and stereotypes in all ways. We appreciate you. You are simply the best.

While it is inspiring to see how far women have come, it is important to remember that there is still a long journeying ahead for us, hence the need to stay focus and properly synergise.
