OSERB organizes training for power vendors

The Ondo State Electricity Regulatory Bureau (OSERB) has organized a one day training for electric power vendors and stakeholders in the state.
The theme of that programme ‘Energy Efficiency, A Panacea To Insufficient Power Supply In Ondo State.’
Declaring the training open, the Commissioner for Energy Mines and Mineral Resources, Razaq Obe, said every resident in Ondo State deserves stable, sustainable power supply.
He appreciated the Ondo State government under the leadership of Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, for carrying out over 80 rural and urban electrical projects in the State in the past four years.
Engr. Obe advised the participants to be at their best in order to move their businesses, communities and the state forward. He urged everyone to become an efficient, responsible energy consumer.
In his address, the state coordinator, Ondo State Electricity Regulatory Bureau, Engr. Stephen Bolawole, admonished power companies in the state to be in the forefront of the energy efficiency drive by educating the people on the utilization of power
The guest speaker, Engr. Kehinde Temikotan, said energy efficiency is a good step forward in resolving power insufficient problem in Nigeria.
