The second  session of the 13th synod of the Diocese of Owo (Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion ) begins today, Friday and end with a thanksgiving service on Sunday at Saints Patrick’s Church,  Ijebu Owo with the theme”…But for Me and my House, We shall serve the Lord ” Joshua 24:15

According to a statement  by the Synod Clerical Secretary, Ven. Olatunde Abiodun, the Lord Bishop of Remo Diocese and Archbishop of Lagos Province, Most Revd Olusina Fape is expected to preach at the opening  Holy Communion service.

Official opening and presentation of Bishop’s Charge by the  Diocesan Bishop and President of the Synod, Rt. Revd Stephen Ayodeji Fagbemi will  be held on Saturday, while the Synod Thanksgiving service will hold on Sunday at 10:00am, with Rt. Revd S. A. Adegbite, Methodist Bishop, Diocese of Owo as a preacher.
