“That was when I started going to parties every weekend to collect empty water bottles.
“I collect water from the well nearest to my house to make sure neighbours from the other house do not see me because they believe I normally buy the water from shop owners.
“Every Sunday, when my neighbours have gone to church, I fill all the water cans and ensure I place the cork on only the ones still carrying any label.”
According to the spokesperson of the youths in the community, Mr Lekan Adeoye, the young man was seen by one of the ladies in the compound fill the water water bottles and reported to them.
“We will hand him over to the police for appropriate action which will serve as a deterrent to others”, he assured.
