2020/21 season: Sunshine Stars ‘ll be NFF/ LMC compliance — ODSFA boss

The Chairman Ondo State Football Agency, Otunba Tajudeen Akinyemi assured that Sunshine Stars will meet up with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and League Management Company (LMC) requirements for the 2020/21 season.
The Sunshine President in an interview with Sporting Hope in Akure the state capital added that the state team management have gotten the 200million bond which is the fulcrum of their requirements.
He added further that work has begun on the renovation of the facilities at the state sports complex ,Akure, adding that they have done with the insurance of the players.
According to him “we are almost through with the players licence, and our Ambulance would be ready in days, the COVID -19 test will be done before the start of the league.
The Norway football administrator said Sunshine Stars players are currently jetting into camp as against the insinuation in some quarters that the players of the club boycotted training in protest of their unpaid salaries .
He said the players will commence training this weekend, adding that the state government has approved their outstanding salaries which will be cleared in earnest.
He assured the teaming supporters of Sunshine Stars that the team will not disappoint them in the new season adding the team will parade quality new players that will make them proud.
