The cleric who identified the source of most of the problemss arising from not obeying God’s commands posited that all Nigerians have sinned against the Almighty Allah.

According to him, the leadership in the country are not sincere with governance as a result of not having the fear of God at heart while their followers have also been taken over by inordinate ambitions and lust for material wealth and worldly affairs.

Sheikh Aladesawe said if the armed robbers, kidnappers, ritualists, bandits and terrorists are all obedient to the call of Allah, they will not have cut short the lives of their fellow human beings.

He said when the people are ready to return to God, everything will work well and Nigeria, and by extension, the whole world will be a better place to live in.

He however tasked religious leaders to preach the words of God with sincerity and desist from echoing the message of prosperity alone.

In the same vein, he appealed to those in leadership positions and those aspiring to such positions to have the fear of God and know that whatever wealth they amazed through fraudulent means, will eventually fade away and as such should always think of how to make life better for the masses.
