Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State; Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the next general elections, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and other governors under the APC on Tuesday stormed Osogbo township Stadium for the grand finale of the party’s governorship campaign rally in Osun State.

Former Governor of Osun State, Chief Bisi Akande; Senate President, Ahmed Lawan; former Governor of Edo State, Adams Oshiomole, APC Senators, Reps members; members of the APC National Working Committee, National Campaign Council,  National and Regional structures of the party, women and youth groups as well as various associations in the state also attended the rally in support of Governor Gboyega Oyetola, candidate of the party in the Osun governorship election.

The Osun State Governorship election is slated for this Saturday, July 16.

Governor Akeredolu was accompanied to the venue of the rally by his deputy, Lucky Aiyedatiwa; members of the State Executive Council; State chairman of the APC, Ade Adetimehin and other state working committee members.

 The Chairman, National Campaign Council for Osun election and Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, appealed to the residents of Osun State to vote massively to re-elect Governor Gboyega Oyetola for a second term so that the good work will continue.

According to him, Oyetola has emplaced good governance in the past three and a half years in the state, hence he deserved the support of the poeple to further improve the socio-economic situation of the state.

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Senator Ahmed Lawan, while addressing the crowd of APC supporters said Osun State has witnessed serious and massive transformation in the last three and a half years under Governor Gboyega Oyetola, urging the electorate to vote for him in the Saturday governorship poll.

National Chairman of APC, Ahmed Adamu and other Governors who spoke at the rally expressed confidence that the APC would carry the day come Saturday governorship election.

The Governors said they were proud of the landmark achievements of Governor Gboyega Oyetola since he assumed office, advising the poeple to sustain the good.
