PCRC to parley police on crime control

Members of the Police Community Relation Committe (PCRC), Ekiti state chapter have expressed their readiness to partner the Nigeria Police to check the activities of hoodlums, including areas boys in order to ensure more security of lives and property.
The PCRC spoke in Ado-Ekiti at the weekend, through its National Vice Chairman, South West Region, Alhaji Ibrahim Olaniyan.
On how to enhance security surveillance in the state, the PCRC chieftain explained that strategies must be put in place to protect lives and property, especially at the grass roots level.
Olaniyan, while describing security as a joint efforts of both the police and other security agencies as well as the general populace, urged every individual in the society to work with the police in order to curtail the activities of hoodlums.
He solicited the supports of the members of the public for the new executive members of the PCRC in the state , saying the move would further enhance effective policing in the state.
