No records of infamy in our LG – council Boss

From Kayode Olabanji, Okitipupa

The Chairman of Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State, Mrs. Folawe Aluko, has said no single case of

such infamy was recorded in her LG.
She added that their thoughts and prayers remained with those who suffered losses in varying proportions across the country.
The LG Boss stated this while reacting to the recent #EndSARS agitation which struck few weeks ago, and what Nigerians applauded as a peaceful protest by patriotic youths was later hijacked by hoodlums who went about looting and destroying private and public assets.
Aluko, therefore appreciated the good people of Ese – Odo, especially the youths and some other notable personnel in the LG for their peaceful protest.
She extended her appreciation to HRM. Oba Professor S.A Amuseghan Lawe II, and the Odogun of Igbekebo who made huge impact and immersed contribution towards the peaceful settlement of #Endsars protest and all Royal Fathers for maintaining law and order in their jurisdictions by working hand in hand with the security agencies.
“I also use Mr. Rechard Omosehin, the SSA to Mr Governor on Community affairs as a point of contact for our leaders and members of various political parties for making us proud during the highly discomforting days of the protest.
“To the youth, you have set a standard we must sustain. You conducted yourselves in the most decent and responsible manner while pressing for what was fair and just. You remain the genuine #EndSARS protesters. I am so proud of you”. Aluko said.
She equally expressed her appreciation to High Chief Bibo Ajube, for his maximum support both in cash and in kind and also to the people of the local government for their collective and unanimous protection of our public and private properties.
The council boss promised to work hand in hand with the youths from time to time for the betterment of the Local Government.
She therefore, solicited their maximum co-operation and unalloyed support.
