The Independent National Electoral Commission in Ondo State, has said that it will issue Certificates of Return to winners of the March 18, 2023 State House of Assembly election tomorrow.
The acting Resident Electoral Commissioner of INEC in the state, Mr. Oyekola Oyelami stated this in a statement signed and made available to journalists by the commission’s Head of Department Voter Education and Publicity, Mrs. Olufunmike Segun-Osifeso.
He said the electoral body scheduled Thursday 30 March , 2023 for the issuance of the Certificates of Return to the elected members of the State House of Assembly.
The event, he explained will take place at the commission’s premise at 11am.
Oyelami in the statement enjoined participants to be orderly and organized during the programme.
Recall that the All Progressives Congress (APC) won 22 out of the 26 seats of the State House of Assembly and left four for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)
