Samuel was arraigned on a charge of murder before Magistrate Olateju Odenusi-Fadeyi. The prosecutor, Taiwo Oniyeye, told the court that the defendant allegedly committed the offence on August 6, 2026, around noon at the Power Line area of Ore, Ondo State.
