He stated this at the Commission’s new year prayer meeting held at the commission’s headquarters in Akure, the state capital.
He added that measures will be put in place to get the best out of the workers in the commission and also change people’s perception about the staff of the local governments across the state.
According to him, the measures we are going to put in place is not to target anybody but to bring sanity into the system and put the workers on their toes for better service delivery.
Venerable Stephen Sunny in his message titled “Trusting The Lord and Following His Leading” urged the workers to believe in God more than ever before.
According to him, “we should learn to trust in God with all our heart , we will have no regret in doing so.”
The workers thanked the leadership of the commission for starting the year with prayers and thanksgiving, they promised to give their best in discharging their duties.
