Chief of Staff to Ondo State Governor, Chief Olugbenga Ale has described the General Overseer of God Liveth Worldwide Ministry, Akure, Rev Olasoji Gbadebo as a man of God with rare qualities.

He said this in Akure during the 60th birthday thanksgiving of Rev Gbadebo at the church auditorium in Akure.

Ale who revealed that it is not easy clocking 60 years when life expectancy in the country is below 60, thanked God for keeping the celebrant who he said is a personal friend and colleague worthy of emulation.

In his sermon at the service, Chairman, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) Ondo State chapter, Bishop Kolawole Babayinka described Rev Gbadebo as a humble man of God who has touched many lives which according to him could be judged by the large turn out of people who graced the celebration.

“It is God’s grace to clock 60 years and it is important to show appreciation to God for his sustenance. I wish the celebrant long life, peace and success as he moves ahead.”

Wife of the celebrant, Rev Temilola Gbadebo described her husband as an exceptional man and a wonderful servant of God.

“The most precious gift of God to me, he has made every step of our journey together for the past 36 years a wonderful experience. He is the reason my life is full of love, laughter and joy. I thank God for blessing me with such a wonderful friend and partner in Christ.”

The first son of the celebrant, Barr Temitope Gbadebo said that words cannot express his happiness seeing his daddy celebrating 60 years.

Today is special to me because at 60, I am hail and healthy which is not so with many of my age mates. I also thank God for blessing me with a good wife who is ever supportive. I thank God for my children, family, friends, the church of God and well wishers. It is my prayer that things of celebration will not cease in our homes.”
