The Ondo State Command of the Nigerian Civil Defence and Security Corps, has arrested a 20-year-old man, for allegedly sodomising two boys at Odokoyi area, in Akure metropolis.
The Hope Metro learnt that the suspect had been engaging in the act of sodomising young boys, before nemesis caught up with him.
Briefing newsmen on the incident, the state NSCDC Commandant, Pedro Owale, said that the suspect sodomised two young boys who were between the ages of 12 and 15 years old.
He explained that the suspect had been in the habit of molesting innocent young boys since August this year.
He was said to have given one of the victims N200, so he would not disclose what happened.
The NSCDC boss said the arrest of the victim was as a result of the combined effort of the youths in the Deji of Akure palace, before the case was handed over to the NSCDC authority.
Pedro hinted that the suspect is being investigated by the NSCDC operatives and that after the conclusion of their investigation, the suspect would be charged to court.
He enjoined parents to always watch over their children and wards against such illicit act.
It will be recalled that this is the second reported case of sodomy officially reported in the state.
