Ondo State Chairman of National Union Of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Comrade Adebo Jacob popularly known as Idajo has said the incumbent State Governor Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu deserves a second term in office.
“Let’s ensure Aketi’s giants strides in Ondo State are properly propagated to the people” .
He made the assertion at a meeting held with the Patron and Chief Promoter of Ibi Giga Grassroot Network-Ondo South, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa, at his Igbokoda residence.
Idajo expressed gratitude to Aiyedatiwa for his loyalty, dedication and unalloyed support for Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and also for his unwavering love for the union, both in Ilaje Local Government and the state at large.
“There is need to intensify the message of re-electing Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for second term to the people across the state” , Idajo said.
In his response, Aiyedatiwa, who spoke on behalf of the Ilaje nation and Ibi Giga Grassroot Network-Ondo South, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the Mr Adebo .
“We are on high spirits and hopeful of a victorious outcome in the coming APC primary election scheduled for today.
“As you are aware, the ongoing endorsements by party leaders and members of our great party are great boosts and will definitely make a difference in Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu’s victory”.
“The governor is setting a new narrative, as the ongoing roads constructions and rehabilitations across the state, coupled with our stable security, is attracting investments, while the ongoing peace in the state is creating the right conditions for public-private partnership that is putting our youths to work, “he said.
