Olowo celebrates 20th coronation anniversary

Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has urged the peace loving people of the state to eschew violence before, during and after the general elections commencing this Saturday and ending on March 9.
Governor Akeredolu gave the admonition during the 20th Coronation Anniversary Service of the Olowo of Owo, Oba Victor Folagbade Olateru-Olagbegi held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pentecost Mega Cathedral, Owo, yesterday.
Akeredolu said: “Ondo State is noted to be peaceful and this has attracted the inflow of investors. Go out and vote peacefully and don’t foment any trouble”, he advised.
The Governor thanked the monarch for his immense support for his administration and for his contributions towards the development of Owo town.
“I thank you for your leadership qualities, especially in the legal profession. You taught myself and Sister at the Law School, we have indeed, come a long way.
“I will continue to wish you well Kabiyesi and I will as well, continue to support you with my prayers for long life with more inspiring accomplishments on the throne”, he said.
