Be united for greater achievements – NULGE

Members of National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Okitipupa chapter have been urged to continue to unite and cooperate for them to cross more hurdles and record greater achievement.

Akinrinwa appreciated the state chapter of the Union for their contribution towards the renovation of the burnt secretariat.
It will be recalled that some suspected hoodlums who allegedly hijacked the protest against Police brutality #EndSARS in October 2020, burnt the Secretariat and other properties in Okitipupa.
The council boss thanked NULGE for their efforts towards the renovation of the burnt secretariat.
In his response, the President, Ondo State Chapter of NULGE, Mr. Bola Taiwo, said the hoodlums who razed the Okitipupa Council Secretariat had done a lot of havoc to the council.
He said the NULGE levied all staff to raise funds to begin renovation of the council secretariat saying that they would do their best in the renovation exercise and parts of the secretariat would be completed by March.
Earlier, Mr. Temiyemi Akinmolayan, the outgone NULGE Chairman, Okitipupa Local Government said that he has done his best in moving the union forward better than where he met it.
Responding, NULGE Chairman, Okitipupa council chapter, Mr. Omoniyi Adesokan promised to be focused, dedicated and ensure that members’ welfare are given the utmost priority.
