A political group, The One Voice Forum of Idanre in Ondo State, has declared their unalloyed support for the second-term bid of Governor Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu.
The group, which made the declaration at its meeting held at the APC Ward Party Secretariat, Isalu / Jigbokin during the weekend, resolved that all members should throw their weights behind Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu’s second-term efforts because of his great and landmark achievements in Ondo State, which cannot be compared with any other previous Governor in Nigeria.
Speaking at the gathering, Coordinator of the group, Mr. Mudasiru Taiwo, opined that since Arakunrin Akeredolu had performed creditably and commendably, he deserves another term in office to complete the various good works and life-changing projects which he had started alongside other new ones that he still intends to bring to Ondo State.
Secretary of the forum, Mr Kolawole Agboola, said no contestant within or outside APC in other political parties can defeat Governor Akeredolu in a free-and-fair election during the forthcoming October 10 contest
He boasted that members of the forum would be ready to actively participate in the campaign rallies and deliver good votes for the governor
Mr Bunmi Ayinuola, who is the Special Assistant to the Honorable Speaker of Ondo State House of Assembly, opined that no contestant out of the people vying in APC or the other political parties could match Governor Akeredolu because of his superlative performances.
Ayinuola enjoined all Ondo State people to vote en-masse for the Governor so that they can keep on getting more dividends of democracy under Arakunrin Akeredolu’s administration.
In his own, Akinduro Temitope said what Governor Akeredolu had done for Idanre Kingdom in opening up the Technical Road to Ijoka Road in Akure and tarring of some other township roads in Idanre Local Government as well as appointments of many illustrious sons and daughters of Idanre kingdom into offices among other great and remarkable deeds made it expedient to choose him as the person worthy of their support.
The group had erected numerous banners displaying the 4+4 messages round strategic spots of the kingdom.
