A 36-year-old man, Adejoro Rotimi, has been arraigned before an Akungba-Akoko Magistrate Court for unlawful possession of one centre table and one centre rug which valued is yet unknown.
The police arraigned the defendant before Magistrate K.A Kolawole on a one count charge.
According to the prosecution, the defendant committed the crime on the September
11, 2025 at about 2:00am at Welder Street, Permanent Site, Akungba Akoko, in the Akungba Akoko Magisterial District
The prosecutor, Inspector Olasunkanmi Boboye, prayed for an adjournment to enable him study the case file.
The offences contravened section 430 of the criminal code cap 37 vol.1 laws of Ondo State of Nigeria, 2006.
Counsel to the Defendant, Barr. Peter Ojo pleaded the Court to grant Rotimi bail.
In his ruling, Magistrate K.A Kolawole, granted the defendant bail with conditions and adjourned the case till October 3, 2025.
