Oil producing Baales endorse Aiyedatiwa

People of the Oil Producing Communities and Chevron’s Host Communities in Ugbo Land of Ilaje Local Government have declared their unalloyed support to Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.

The people represented by their Baales declared their support for the Governor during courtesy visits to the Governor’s office on Tuesday.

The people in their congratulatory letter read by Baale of Molutehin Community, Chief Pius Aworunse said they were proud of the exemplary leadership and the positive impact of his administration

“We are indeed proud to share in the great joy of the entire people of Ondo State, the entire people of Ilaje land , particularly, the entire people of the oil producing communities in Ugbo Land

Your Excellency, we have passionately reflected on your great antecedent and we are confident in your administrative abilities, competence in governance and above all, the profunda political will to deliver the dividend of democracy, not only to the people of Ondo state but particularly to the downtrodden”

Your Excellency, as our joy knows no bounds, and as the current political event in Ondo State unfold, we hereby place it on record that your Excellency is assured of our collective support in the next governorship election. In this regards, we wholeheartedly and hereby endorse your Excellency’s candidature in the forthcoming election Ondo State”

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa in response expressed gratitude for the solidarity and support shown by the representatives of the people.

“I am deeply honored and humbled by the overwhelming support and endorsement from the residents of the Oil Producing Communities and Chevron’s Host Communities in Ugbo Land. Their trust in my leadership is a reflection of our commitment to delivering progress and development to all corners of Ondo State. I am grateful for their confidence and assure the people of ondo state in general that their welfare and interests will remain our administration’s top priority. Together, we will continue to build a brighter future for our beloved state.”

Others on the solidarity visit include Chairman RDC, Barr Adeyemi Abiye, Community leaders and all the nine Baales of the GMOU mandate Areas.
