Osun PDP congratulates newly inaugurated Southwest executives

The Osun State chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has extended warm congratulations to the newly inaugurated Southwest Zonal Executive Committee of the party, led by seasoned legal practitioner and grassroots mobilizer, Barrister Kamoru Ajisafe (Kosolowoe).
Describing Ajisafe’s emergence as “a breath of fresh air and a beacon of resuscitated hope,” the Osun PDP expressed confidence in his capacity to revitalize and reposition the party’s structure across the region.
In a statement signed by the state party chairman, Hon. Sunday Bisi, the party lauded the zonal leadership’s composition, noting that Ajisafe’s appointment demonstrates the PDP’s resolve to place visionary, tested, and trusted leaders at the helm of strategic affairs.
“His antecedents in public service and party organization assure us of his ability to provide strategic direction, foster unity, and galvanize grassroots strength across the six states of the Southwest,” the statement read.
The party also congratulated other newly inaugurated members of the zonal executive committee, applauding the team’s collective wealth of experience and political insight.
“We hope this leadership will prioritize reconciliation, grassroots mobilization, and robust stakeholder engagement to secure electoral victories in future contests,” Bisi added.
Reaffirming its commitment to the growth of the party, the Osun PDP pledged full cooperation with the zonal leadership, emphasizing a shared vision of regional consolidation and national resurgence.
“Once again, we congratulate Barrister Kamoru Ajisafe and the entire Southwest Zonal Executive Committee. May your tenure be marked by impactful leadership, fruitful partnerships, and resounding victories for our party,” the statement concluded.
