Actress Iyabo Ojo has stirred up conversations online after revealing that she believes one of the secrets behind a woman’s glow is an active sex life.
Ojo made the remarks during an appearance on The Morayo Show, where she spoke about single motherhood, grandmotherhood and why she has toned down her public commentary.
Speaking about what she believes gives women confidence and a youthful appearance, the actress said: “We (single mothers) are happy.
“I think some married women are happy too. I don’t think it’s about being single or being married.
“I think it’s about the person that you’re with.
“Sex has a lot to do with a woman’s glow. I’m getting more than enough.”
Ojo also said that raising her children and watching them succeed remain among her greatest achievements.
“It makes me feel good, happy, and fulfilled,” she said.
The actress further revealed that becoming a grandmother had made her more cautious about engaging in public disputes.
“I have piped down because of my grandson now.
“My daughter is married, so when I keep fighting, the opposite side is going to come up with different false allegations, and I don’t want her to go through any stress.
“But if the need arises for me to speak up, then I will,” she said.
Ojo added that she travelled to Canada to perform ‘omugwo’ for her daughter, Priscilla Ojo, following the birth of her grandson.
The Nation had previously reported that Ojo ensured her ex-husband played a prominent role at Priscilla’s 2025 wedding to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, in a bid to shield their daughter from the effects of their separation.
