Kidnapped victims regain freedom, pay N3m

Intending couple abducted few days ago along Odo Ayedun-Ayebode Ekiti road have been released after paying over three million naira ransom.
The two abductees who were planing for their marriage were on their way to Ado Ekiti to buy goods in preparation for their wedding before they fell prey of the kidnappers.
According to some family members and hunters who spoke with newsmen said both victims were released within the environs of Ayedun which suggests that the kidnappers were hiding around the area.
One of the hunters who did not want his name in the media confirmed that the couple have been taken away by Amotekun Corps for necessary assistance.
Police Public Relations Officer in Ekiti, ASP Sunday Abutu also confirmed their release.
